Bringing Real-World Colours to Digital Screens
Dulux’s Colour Matcher campaign transforms digital billboards into dynamic windows, seamlessly integrating the surrounding environment with Dulux’s “Colours of New Zealand” paint range.
Using cameras installed behind five LUMO billboards, we capture live images of the real-world view every minute. Our custom-built colour-matching technology analyses each image, identifying the three most prominent shades and pairing them with their closest Dulux paint colours. The selected colours, along with their swatches and names, are then dynamically displayed alongside the captured scene—creating the illusion of looking straight through the billboard.
This campaign showcases how Latch Digital’s DCO technology bridges the gap between digital and physical environments—turning billboards into immersive, location-aware experiences.
