This high-octane campaign for the new F1 movie delivered a dynamic, two-phase experience across the LUMO network, building anticipation and driving ticket sales. In the days leading up to the film’s premiere, digital screens featured into a live countdown, tracking the days, hours, and minutes until release.
Once the movie raced into cinemas, the campaign seamlessly shifted gears, replacing the countdown creative with real-time session information, sourced via the Flicks API. Each billboard intelligently pulled and displayed the next available screening times for up to two nearby cinemas, providing audiences with immediate, actionable information.
This project highlights our ability to execute complex, multi-phase, time-sensitive campaigns that adapt to changing contexts and guide audiences from initial hype all the way to the cinema seat.
Data & Integration
- - Live movie session times were pulled directly from the Flicks API.
- - The API data was parsed and filtered to meet the specific requirements of the campaign creative.
- - The system automatically switched from a countdown state to a live session times state on the movie's release date.
- - A dynamic countdown displayed the remaining days, hours, and minutes until the premiere.
